I added aquarium salt, but other than installing a reverse osmosis / deionized water manufacturer (which the company will pay for), I'm at a loss for low-cost solutions to the problem. The pH kills any shipment of the angels who are in hours. I'm losing another fish fin putrefaction and other diseases attributed to water quality, or lack thereof. I give these guys a temporary home, while good in the store until someone buys them and I feel like I'm failing. Please help. I am considering the addition of peat, but not sure where to place it. In the event that float freely in the well? Must be replaced often to make another layer between the prefilter? Or should I add that the container bioball? What about a tree?
